Placing Java program like games or applications on your iPhone 3Gs ( 1 sim ) is a very easy and quick task. Just follow these instructions.
- Firstly connect you iPhone to your PC via the USB cable.
- The iPhone will then ask how you want it to connect to the PC.
- You need to select “Mass Storage”.
- Once this has been done the iPhone will appear as 2 new drive in explorer. (One drive will be around 1GB in size. This is the iPhone primary memory. The second drive will be the SDcard at 4GB.)
- All you do is copy the Java (jar) file in to a folder on the SDcard.
- You then need to unplug the iPhone from the USB cable.
- Then go into “File” menu on the iPhone.
- Navigate to the folder where you copied the Java program.
- Select the Java program and select “options”.
- When the options screen appears, you just select “install”.
- The Java program will then begin to install and will usually ask where you want the program installing.
- Just select your SDcard and that’s it.
When you want to run the Java program, go to the Java menu and select the Java icon. Your program will be there.
Enjoy your phone...
